Farmed raised and manufactured at our plant in Chile, our Trout Tartar is made of the freshest whole filets. It is packaged in a dome-shaped cup with convenient peelable film. We suggest pairing with a mix of spring salad and seasoning
This thin and very tasty flesh prepared in our plant in Chile - according to the Norwegian traditional method - is ideal to bring a note of freshness to your starters.
You can serve these slices in addition to salads or in Carpaccio.
